This is me

My name is Alex. I have 9+ years experience in recruiting, helping start-ups and tech companies to find the best talent. I've worked in ad-tech, consulting and the travel industry, built scalable hiring processes, relocated many engineering talents from abroad (yes, I'm a native German speaker and know how to get the paperwork done) and organized numerous campus recruiting events. You have 30 open positions, one recruiter on your team, your hiring managers are pushing for results, and hiring another full time recruiter will probably take 2-3 months (if you get the budget approved).
